Pricing for Wine Tours, Weddings, and Events
25 Passenger Party Bus
- $200 per hour – 4-hour minimum: $800
Airport Runs
We use the 7-passenger Ford Expedition for these runs, and the price is based on one-way from Fredericksburg, TX.
If you have 6+ people, you might want to add our luggage trailer.
- San Antonio International Airport: $175
- Austin-Bergstrom International Airport: $200
- Add the Luggage Trailer: $ 50

Is the vehicle reserved for our group, or will others be aboard?

Can our pet ride with us?
If it’s OK with your group, it’s OK with us. Please check out the pet rules at your destinations before you bring them along because we cannot keep them in a vehicle without you.
What if we want to stay out longer than 4 hours?
If you know that upfront, let’s book for more time. If you decide mid-ride to stay out longer, we will try to accommodate your request if we can.
